Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the daily running of the nursery room, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
Support, mentor, and supervise room staff, ensuring high-quality practice and professional development
Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and team members
Monitor and record children’s progress, ensuring individual learning needs are met
Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times
