Excellent Opportunity for a Contracts Manager to step up to Operations Manager for a leading affordable housing contractor and work on Frameworks in North London and Hertfordshire.

Position: Operations Manager – Social Housing Planned Refurbishments

Package: £80,000 - £90,000 + Industry Leading Package

Company Overview: Our client is the leading main contractor specialising in the affordable housing sector.

Within social housing they are market leaders in the planned refurbishment sector. They are a provider and partner of choice for clients and customers alike and offer a complete and comprehensive service to RSL’s.

Position: Due to continued success and growth, they have recently gone through a round of internal propmotions leading them to seek an additional Operations Manager.

Projects: The mentioned frameworks are located in North London and Hertfordshire and include Kitchen and Bathroom replacements, External refurbishments, FRA and Retro fit work to occupied properties.

Individual: You will have a strong track record within the affordable housing sector with a reputable contractor, preferably on refurbishment work.

Previous experience running multiple projects and a can do attitude is important.
