A fabulous opportunity for an upbeat, positive and highly organised PA to join this impressive and very successful creative consultancy in the West End. Supporting a friendly and inspiring CEO with 70% business and 30% private duties you will be working alongside a lovely team to deliver the best standard of care to both the Principal and high profile international clients and partners.

This is a busy and nurturing environment where you will have the opportunity to get involved in lots of projects, travel internationally with the CEO as well as assist with client events.

The role is fast paced and ever changing and a helpful and collaborative individual with high standards is a must. Excellent communication both written and verbal is fundamental in order to build lasting relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders. A successful candidate must be have a flexible "can-do" attitude and be happy to take on a variety of tasks.

This a wonderful opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who enjoys variety but is also used to the demands of a busy role.

A successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role supporting a busy individual, be used to liasing with high profile / HNW clients, strong administrative and tech skills as well as be able to juggle shifting priorities with a smile and positive attitude. A background or strong interest in the cultural creative/ arts sector would be beneficial.

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Diary management for Founder and CEO, and to a lesser extent, other Senior Team Members (e.g. Senior Account Director) across multiple time zones
  • Draft correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Manage all business and personal travel (domestic and international), and produce comprehensive itineraries
  • Support business development processes; prepare research and meeting packs, manage internal team deliverables, and communicate key tasks and deadlines across the team
  • Support the account team in the delivery and measurement of client strategies and events, working with third party partners where necessary in the UK and abroad
  • IT support for the team
  • Assist in the facilitation of internal business development events, which could include global travel according to business needs, e.g. Private Views of exhibitions, theatre trips with clients and new business contacts, and thought leadership events (these have recently included CogX, Cannes Film Festival, Venice Biennale, World Economic Forum, New York Climate Week)
  • Oversee office operations including all external suppliers and general upkeep
  • Manage and update manuals, templates, and collateral
  • Support the CEO with personal ad hoc projects, which could include organising parties and holiday celebrations at the CEO's family home (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween, Birthdays), maintaining the CEO's personal storage unit, and organising gifting
  • Support with personal diary management, including scheduling for family and teenage daughter as required
