Personal Assistant to the CEO (London, DLR)

KM4HR are working exclusively with this leading community serving organisation based in the Poplar/West Ferry area.

Working closing with the CEO you will be providing PA support ranging from inbox management up to board meeting preparation and everything in between. Openly seen as the go to person for the CEO you will be trusted with all levels of information in order for you to perform in your role. This is a highly regarded role internally which requires professional support from a highly organised, methodical individual.

Ideally the successful applicant will be available to start in June 2025 for a thorough handover. This is a 5 days per week onsite role.

Responsibilities will be varied and will include:

  • Internal & external liaison and stakeholder engagement. Acting as the primary contact for the CEO
  • Complex diary management; skilfully managing complex schedules and logistics
  • Meeting and Board support: preparation of materials, minute taking, delegating & tracking actions
  • Confidential document and information management
  • Project and event coordination
  • Strategic briefing and research: preparation of reports and information gathering

Qualifications and experience:

  • Strong PA experience directly supporting senior leaders
  • Governance support experience, e.g. procedures, minute-taking, documentation
  • Experience in complex environments, navigating large, multi-site organisations
  • Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
