PA to Directors Salary: £35,000 - £37,000

Location: Farringdon, City of London

Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 at home

A successful and leading consultancy business based in Farringdon is recruiting for a PA to support 2 partners and directors. You will provide administrative support to senior management at the practice, ensuring their workloads are managed efficiently. Also contributing to efficient project and office administration, managing data and preparing documents. The role will also provide office management support when in the office. You will work alongside another PA who supports other senior management. Looking for an experienced PA with excellent communication skills, confident, highly organised and personable who can support a busy senior management team.

Key responsibilities of the PA:

  • Diary and Travel Management: Manage complex diaries, schedule appointments and coordinate with associates and clients. Oversee travel arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodation.
  • Communication and Email Support: Manage emails and in boxes, handle phone queries, direct calls, take messages and greet office visitors on behalf of colleagues.
  • Administrative Tasks: Support with formatting documents such as reports, proposals, presentations, and contracts, ensuring high-quality standards and version control. Contribute to general administrative tasks, continuously seeking ways to improve processes in collaboration with the Business Manager.
  • Data and Information Management: Maintain accurate data for projects, use tracking tools for project management, and ensure data is safely stored and updated.
  • Meeting and Coordination: Organise internal staff and project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and ensure that follow-up actions are tracked and completed.
  • Reception and Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact at the office reception.
  • Event and Marketing Support: Organisation of internal and external events, conferences, and marketing activities. Update the website and social media platforms, assist in creating publicity materials and coordinate logistics for exhibitions and conferences.
  • Finance Liaison: Work closely with the Finance team to support project invoicing, process expenses, and manage financial queries

Experience required:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent is desirable
  • Previous professional PA and Office Management experience
  • Experience of organising complex diary management and travel arranging
  • Experience of formatting documents.
  • Solid experience of MS Office applications, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong organisation and planning skills, and able to prioritise and work under pressure

  • 25 days, plus public holidays. This rises by one day per completed year of service, up to a maximum of 30 days
