MainPurposeofthejob:

ToberesponsibleforcompletingawiderangeofpaintinganddecoratingtasksinbothoccupiedandvoidpropertiesthroughouttheBoroughofLewisham.

Toensureworksarecompletedtoahighstandardwithafocusoncustomersatisfactionandapositiveresidentexperience.

Toassistinmaintaininghomesinagooddecorativeconditionaspartofplannedandresponsivemaintenanceworks.

Tosupportdampandmouldpreventioneffortsbycarryingoutmouldwashingtreatmentsinlinewithmanufacturerguidanceandhealthandsafetystandards.
