Your Day-to-Day
Join virtual client meetings and take clear notes
Produce high-quality suitability reports and technical documentation
Conduct product and investment research
Build cashflow models and support retirement planning
Liaise with providers and colleagues across the UK
Help deliver a seamless and professional client journey
Contribute to process improvement and mentoring as you progress toward manager level
What You’ll Bring
Level 4 Diploma (or actively studying toward)
Experience in a paraplanning or technical support role
Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection planning
High attention to detail and excellent written skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Ambition to grow into a senior paraplanner or leadership role
