My client is a medium sized, award-winning Chartered IFA based in London who are looking for a Paraplanning Manager to head up a small team of Paraplanners.

This is fantastic opportunity to work for a highly ethical and professional IFA who work with HNW clients and have established themselves as a reputable and forward-thinking business. You will be managing a small team, ensuring workflow is allocated, dealing with all aspects of management and MI reporting.

Key components of the role is working closely with Head of Advice and building strong internal relationships with key stakeholders in the business. Attending client meetings and being the "go to" person for technical aspects like complex calculations, conducting research and producing bespoke suitability reports to a high standard. Be part of driving technology and improving processes.

The role would suit a Senior Paraplanner with at least 4 years’ experience, who enjoys coaching and developing a team, looking to enhance your own skills as a manager and be part of team’s development.
