Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Local Authority client based in the London to facilitate the appointment of an experienced Debt Recovery Officer to support the Parking Services team with the management and enforcement of unpaid Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) and parking-related debts.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Manage the recovery process of unpaid parking debts, including progression through the Traffic Enforcement Centre (TEC).
  • Liaise with enforcement agents and handle statutory declarations and witness statements.
  • Use back-office systems to track and monitor case progress and performance.
  • Ensure all debt recovery actions comply with relevant legislation and council policies.

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Prior experience in debt recovery, ideally within a local authority parking enforcement setting.
  • Knowledge of TEC processes and the Traffic Management Act 2004.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with experience using parking case management systems such as Civica or Imperial.
