About the Role

Join a respected independent specialist workshop known for high-quality service and a loyal customer base. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for:

Managing parts orders and inventory
Liaising with technicians to ensure timely supply of parts
Providing excellent customer service to trade and retail clients
Building strong relationships with suppliers

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a Parts Advisor role (dealership or independent)
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive, team-first attitude
