A Pastry Sous Chef role will become available in 2026

Earnings range from £43,500 to £48,000 per year depending on previous experience

This role will look after the Ground Floor Pastry team (NOT the 3 Michelin Star), for afternoon tea, breakfast, lunch and dinner in our ground floor restaurants (the Parlour, the Glade and the Gallery)

As a Pastry Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef

- Looking after mise en place and service for the ground floor restaurants

- Paid Holidays for Pastry Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef starts at 29 / year with an additional 1 paid holiday per year of service every year for 5 years

The role of a Pastry Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef:

The Pastry Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef will be ensuring that all details are up to the required standards. Working within Executive Pastry Chef Damien Thibault and under the guidance of MasterchefPierre Gagnaireyou will be responsible for the management and execution of Pastry items for afternoon tea, plated breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as individual patisseries.

We are looking for an experienced technically talented individual with previous similar experience of excellence.
