Candidate Profile

As People & Culture Assistant you will be supporting the People & Culture team with day-to-day administration, engagement initiatives as well as onboarding/offboarding of employees.You will be confident in communicating with, understanding and empathising with staff queries and concerns, working closely with all members of the People & Culture team.


Key Requirements

The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • No prior HR experience required, but a willingness to learn and adapt to HR policies and procedures is essential
  • Experience in luxury hospitality is preferred but not essential
  • Proactive and common-sense approach to tasks and problem-solving
  • Exemplary attention to detail in all aspects of work
  • Good command of English in both communication and writing
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Good grooming standards and professional presentation
