My client is a leading real estate organisation with a strong presence across the UK and Europe where they specialise in managing and developing industrial property. They are recruiting for a People Data & Insights Lead based in their London office on a permanent contract.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will be passionate about advancing People data and creating insights that enable the organisation to make the best possible decisions. This role will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing HR data quality, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR, and identifying opportunities for continued growth.
Duties include:
- Supporting senior stakeholders in maintaining and enhancing data quality
- Advising and supporting the HR team with any actions to improve and assure the quality of data within the HR system is clean
- Designing and delivering high-quality management reporting dashboards, leading all internal and external training and managing data requirements
- Leading and managing all data requirements for annual HR activities and also for ad hoc HR projects
- Providing data-driven insights and recommendations, researching external data sets and industry benchmarks and designing actionable dashboards
- Enhancing data and reporting architecture, providing business ownership for HR IT systems and identifying opportunities for continued improvements
Qualifications and Experience
- More than two years' experience in People data analytics or a related field
- Evidence of data analysis and reporting skills to create data dashboards
- IT skills, including advanced Excel and Power BI knowledge
- Experience of HRIS systems - in particular SAGE but it is not essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
