We're looking for professional fundraisers with demonstrable experience in philanthropy or corporate partnerships.

Basic Details:

Job Title: Philanthropy Manager (FTC)

Organisation: Arts and Culture NFP

Location: London, Hybrid (3 days a week in the office)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £37,000 to £38,000

Closing date: Friday 16th May

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of donors and prospects, ensuring personalised cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities.
  • Ensure high-quality donor stewardship through bespoke engagement, reporting, and recognition opportunities.
  • Play a role in planning and delivering key cultivation events, to ensure the NFP's supporters remain engaged and events meet agreed KPI's.
  • Work with the Head of Philanthropy to implement and refine the NFP's major giving strategy, with a focus on securing mid-to-high level gifts.
  • Develop compelling fundraising proposals.

Essentials:

  • Significant experience of cultivating, soliciting and closing 5 figure+ gifts from individuals.
  • A highly organised and flexible approach to work, able to plan and prioritise a varied and busy workload and deliver agreed outputs to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into compelling narrative form.
  • Innovative and creative approach to research methodologies and identifying prospective supporters.
  • Previous experience of contributing to or participating in strategy development, devising and implementing plans for major gifts fundraising.
