Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a high-performing secondary school in Tower Hamlets in their search for a full-time Physics Teacher to join their Science department from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and passionate Physics educator to teach across KS4 and A Level, with 5 lessons each in Year 12 and Year 13. For the right candidate, additional responsibilities are available, including Lead Teacher or Second in Charge of Science.

The Role:

Full-time Physics Teacher (KS4 & KS5)
Deliver engaging and challenging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
Take responsibility for progress and attainment of students in Physics
Contribute to departmental planning and assessment
Potential for additional responsibility such as Lead Teacher or 2iC of Science

Candidate Requirements:

A UK-recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, QTS)
Proven experience teaching Physics at KS4 and A Level
Strong classroom management and the ability to inspire and motivate students
A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
Enthusiastic, reflective, and willing to go the extra mile for students
