Responsibilities:ThePhysics Teacherwill:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging Physics lessons across Key Stages 3, 4 andideally, Key Stage 5 (A-Level Physics).
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
• Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate student records.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom/laboratory environment.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Science department.
• Contribute to the development of the Physics curriculum.
• Ensure the safe and effective use of laboratory equipment.
• Communicate with parents/guardians.
• Adhere to all school safeguarding policies.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified:Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
• Experienced:Proven ability to teach Physics at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable).
• Passionate:Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for Physics and student success.
• Skilled:Possess excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Collaborative:Be a strong team player.
• Proactive:Show a commitment to ongoing professional development.
