This position is for a KS4 and KS5 Physics Teacher, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and high-achieving school environment.

About the Role:

  • Position: Physics Teacher - Key Stage 4 & 5
  • Start date: March 2025 (12-month maternity cover)
  • Contract type: Full-time
  • Salary: London MPS/UPS

Role Requirements:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Physics lessons across KS4 and KS5
  • Monitor, assess and report on student progress
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Contribute to the wider school community and uphold its values

Qualifications & Person Specification:

  • A UK-recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS or equivalent)
  • Specialism in Physics or a closely related science subject
  • Proven experience teaching Physics at KS4 and KS5
  • Strong classroom management and a commitment to raising standards
  • Passion for science education and student development
