A leading independent planning consultancy is seeking an experienced Planner to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from high-density urban developments to strategic land and regeneration schemes.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and submitting planning applications and supporting documents
- Drafting planning statements, appeal documents, and site appraisals
- Undertaking policy and site research
- Attending client meetings and liaising with local authorities
- Supporting senior planners on strategy and project delivery
Requirements
- Relevant experience in similar role
- RTPI-accredited planning degree
- Ideally working towards or recently achieved MRTPI status
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK driving license
