The Plasterer Multi-Trade will have to complete reactive maintenance which will include:
- Patch plastering
- Full wall plastering
- Skimming
- Painting/finishing
- Patch tiling
- Basic carpentry
The successful Plasterer Multi-Trade will have:
- Social housing experience
- Qualified plasterer or more than10 years experience
- 6 or less points on licence
- Can pass a DBS check
- Have their own tools
- Pass a drugs and alcohol test
