Description
- Manage a portfolio of plot sales transactions.
- Conduct legal research and provide support to the Legal team.
- Prepare and review legal documents relating to plot sales.
- Coordinate with clients and other parties involved in transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
- Assist in the resolution of any legal issues that may arise.
- Keep up to date with changes in law related to plot sales.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Profile
A successful Plot Sales Paralegal should have:
- A degree in Law or related field.
- Minimum 6 months Plot Sales experience.
- Knowledge of plot sales and property law.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive approach and ability to work independently.
