A small church of England primary school in Lambeth are looking for a Primary PPA Teacher to join their team on a part-time basis for the rest of the academic year.

The Role

In this role you will be covering classes from Reception to Year 6 to provide class teachers cover for planning preparation and assessment. You will work alongside the class teacher to arrange what is required for each lesson. For the most part the planning will be provided, although you may have some input in certain classes/subjects. You should have experience teaching across all primary year groups and have good curriculum knowledge and a positive approach to classroom management.

Your working days will be timetabled, but you will need to be flexible and adaptable to cover absences or changes at the last minute across the whole school.

  • The working days for this role will be Thurs/Friday.
  • This is offered on a part-time contract basis until July 2025.
  • You must hold QTS and have a minimum of 1 years teaching experience
