What you’ll do:
- Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team
- Deliver innovative parking and kerbside schemes from concept to completion
- Manage bids, proposals, and project budgets
- Build strong client relationships and drive business growth
- Mentor and develop future leaders

Parking Design and Kerbside Management is the main scope. however Traffic Engineering or Transport Planning experience could be considered too
What we’re looking for:
- Strong project and people management skills
- Expertise in parking/traffic engineering and AutoCAD OR transferable skills from a similar technical background (e.g., highways design, transport planning, traffic management)
- Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Professional membership (MICE, MBPA, MCIHT or similar)
