  • Manage and prioritise the product backlog for improvements, fixes, and new features
  • Oversee platform testing, QA, and validation - especially for updates or new hardware
  • Translate feedback from content managers into actionable platform enhancements
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on platform capabilities and known issues
  • Build strong relationships with third-party CMS vendors, escalating issues and tracking developments
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure software and hardware work seamlessly together
  • Deliver training for both internal teams and clients on CMS best practices and updates

What You'll Bring

  • A solid understanding of CMS platforms, ideally in digital signage or content delivery
  • Experience with QA, testing processes, and platform validation
  • Familiarity with different content types and formats
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical audiences
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and managing platform relationships

  • Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Platform Specialist in a digital/software setting
  • Knowledge of APIs, integrations, or platform customisation
  • A background in digital signage software
