My client is seeking ahighly experienced Investment Onboarding Project Managerto join our growing team. This is a critical role for a detail-oriented, delivery-focused professional with deep experience in investor onboarding, compliance processes, and project management within financial services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end onboarding workflows and driving process optimization, stakeholder coordination, and implementation of best practices across our investor servicing and fund operations infrastructure.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the full investor onboarding lifecycle for new and existing clients.
Lead cross-functional onboarding projects, coordinating between internal operations, legal, compliance, technology, and client stakeholders.
Ensure regulatory compliance and proper documentation across KYC/AML processes.
Serve as the key point of contact during onboarding projects, maintaining transparency, consistency, and timeliness.
Develop and implement project plans, timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and communication protocols.
Identify and drive opportunities for workflow automation and process improvements.
Work closely with product and technology teams to support the configuration or implementation of onboarding and operational systems.
5+ yearsof relevant experience inTransfer Agency, Fund Administration, Investor Services, or related areas, with strong exposure to investor onboarding and compliance operations.
Proven track record inproject management, ideally related totechnology transformation or software implementationwithin financial services.
In-depth understanding of investor documentation, onboarding requirements, and operational frameworks within fund structures.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to work closely with internal and external clients across varying levels of seniority.
Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a strong commitment to operational excellence.
Experience withSaaS-based investor onboarding platformsor enterprise fintech solutions.
Project Management Certification(e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies).
Background in aclient-facing roleat a financial software provider or fintech organization.
Experience working in a fast-paced, regulated environment with exposure toprivate markets, hedge funds, or alternative investmentplatforms.
