What You'll Do:As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll play a key role in supporting our recruitment consultants by:
- Sourcing and screening education candidates for a wide range of roles in our Primary, Secondary and SEN schools
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Conducting telephone interviews and candidate pre-screening
- Building strong relationships with candidates and ensuring a great experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintaining our candidate database and keeping records up to date
What We're Looking For:No prior experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training and on-the-job support. All we ask is that you bring:
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A genuine interest in people and career development
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales based role
- Be educated to Degree Level
