Description

  • Drive retail performance across multiple sites through strategic planning and execution
  • Identify best practices on a daily basis and implement strategies for enhancing store performance
  • Implement innovative training initiatives to enhance skills and drive productivity
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and execute relevant solutions
  • Provide motivational leadership to drive team performance
  • Contribute to the overall success of the retail department within the business services industry

Profile

A successful Regional Coach should have:

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to work with a team or manage others, and the ability to showcase emotional intelligence in a professional setting
  • Ability to travel to various store locations 3 days a week and be hands-on in a store setting
  • Previous working experience in a multi-site retail, hospitality or fitness setting
  • Strong knowledge of a retail store set-up and hands-on experience in managing business units
  • Strong experience in P&L Management and Performance Management
  • Highly pro-active and able to demonstrate making workplace improvements that quantifiably shifted employee satisfaction
  • Ability to assess issues with performance, evaluate steps to be taken and implement new strategies An eye for numbers with the ability to drive performance while focusing on the people-quotient.
