Description
- Drive retail performance across multiple sites through strategic planning and execution
- Identify best practices on a daily basis and implement strategies for enhancing store performance
- Implement innovative training initiatives to enhance skills and drive productivity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations
- Monitor and report on performance metrics
- Identify opportunities for improvement and execute relevant solutions
- Provide motivational leadership to drive team performance

Profile
A successful Regional Coach should have:
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to work with a team or manage others, and the ability to showcase emotional intelligence in a professional setting
- Ability to travel to various store locations 3 days a week and be hands-on in a store setting
- Previous working experience in a multi-site retail, hospitality or fitness setting
- Strong knowledge of a retail store set-up and hands-on experience in managing business units
- Strong experience in P&L Management and Performance Management
- Highly pro-active and able to demonstrate making workplace improvements that quantifiably shifted employee satisfaction
- Ability to assess issues with performance, evaluate steps to be taken and implement new strategies An eye for numbers with the ability to drive performance while focusing on the people-quotient.
