Type: Perm, 40 hours per week (8-5 Monday -Friday)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Repairs Planner to take responsibility for managing and coordinating all aspects of repair and maintenance services within our social housing properties. In this role, you will work closely with contractors, tenants, and internal teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality repairs, while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Day to day duties:

  • Managing a regional area with 20 Operatives
  • Working alongside other Repairs Planners
  • Booking in works that come from the client for the Operatives.
  • Will be picking up no contact’s call.
  • Chasging follow up works
  • Liaising with residents 
  • Arranging day to day and reactive repairs
  • Answering operatives on the operative line

Role Criteria:

  • Pervious Planning experience in social housing repairs
  • Social housing background
  • Good Communication skills
  • IT Literate
