Residential RICS Surveyors RequiredLocation: Nationwide (London/M25 preferred)Position: Residential Surveyor (RICS/VRS)Salary: Competitive Salary + Bonus + Car AllowanceJob Type: Full-time/Part-time Opportunities AvailableAbout the Role: We are currently recruiting for experienced Residential Surveyors across the UK to join a growing property solutions provider. The role will involve conducting Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) RICS surveys, along with associated valuations and property assessments. As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality surveys and working efficiently to meet client needs.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting RICS Level 2 and Level 3 surveys on residential properties
  • Performing some associated valuations and property assessments
  • Delivering surveys with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Fee earning immediately without the need for additional home survey training
Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong recent experience in L2 Building Pathology and Residential Valuation
  • Assoc/MRICS/FRICS with VRS accreditation, ideally with 1-2 years PQE
  • Capable of carrying out surveys and valuations independently, with no lender work
  • Ability to deliver 2 x L2 surveys per day or 1 x L3 survey (mostly without valuation)
Priority Locations: While we are particularly focused on recruitment within the London/M25 area, we have multiple immediate opportunities available across other areas of the UK.What We Offer:
