A well-established business management firm with over three decades of industry leadership is looking for a Royalties Assistant to join their dedicated Royalties Team.The Role:In this role, you'll be a key player in delivering accurate royalty reporting and management commission schedules for a diverse roster of clients. You'll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely and precise processing of royalty data.Key Responsibilities:
  • Collating, uploading, and processing royalty and sales statements
  • Maintaining catalogue, contractual, and financial data
  • Running royalty statements and management commission reports
  • Communicating with suppliers to resolve data issues
  • Liaising with internal teams for financial and client information
  • Responding to client and internal queries
  • Assisting with other royalty-related tasks and projects
Essential Requirements:
  • Previous royalties experience is required
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
