As they continue expanding their global footprint, they’re looking to hire a Royalties Coordinator to join their London-based Reporting team.This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the heart of royalty reporting and data operations within the digital music space. You’ll work across high-volume datasets, support internal teams, and collaborate with major digital platforms – think household names like Spotify, Meta and YouTube. If you're analytical, detail-driven, and passionate about the intersection of music and tech, this is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in a rapidly growing corner of the industry.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Processing, reconciling, and analysing royalty statements and usage data
  • Collaborating with partners to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Investigating and resolving data discrepancies
  • Responding to technical and reporting queries from internal teams and members
  • Playing a key role in monitoring and managing inbound royalty queries
  • Helping streamline workflows and suggesting process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
  • Confident working with numbers and large datasets
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (including basic formulas)
