We're on the lookout for a Royalty Assistant to join our vibrant team in the Heart of the West End!

Key Responsibilities:

Must be advanced on Excel!

Assist with preparing and processing royalty statements across diverse income streams, including streaming, downloads, and physical sales.

Maintain and update record label catalogues and releases with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Process incoming royalty data and payments from third-party partners.

Support the team in calculating and distributing royalties to artists, songwriters, and producers.

Help resolve discrepancies related to royalties and payment allocations.

Ensure compliance with recording and publishing contracts.

Assist with audits, data analysis projects, and internal reporting.

About You:

You possess a strong numerical aptitude with high attention to detail and accuracy.Comfortable working with large data sets, you are proficient in Microsoft Excel (experience with pivot tables and Power Query is a plus!).

Strong organisational skills enable you to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-are essential.

A genuine interest in the music industry is a must!

Previous experience in a royalties or record label environment is a plus, but not essential.
