Sales Administrator - HampsteadSalary Circa £30k (Depending on Experience)

- Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
- 1 in 3 Saturdays (10am to 2pm)
About Our Client:
Our client is a highly regarded and well established multi independent estate agency, committed to providing exceptional property services to their clients in the Hampstead area. They are currently seeking a diligent and organised Sales Administrator to join their team.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Administrator you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of the branch, providing essential sales administrative support to the Sales Negotiator with all aspects of Sales Administration to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities for the Sales Administrator:
Overview
• Excellent typing skills, grammar and proof-reading skills are required.• The individual we are looking for needs to be very organised, motivated and able to work under pressure • Be able to meet deadlines and use their own initiative • Excellent meet and greet and telephone manner • Good IT skills including intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel• Good customer relations and communication skills are required • Team playerProperty or administration background preferable Job Description• Working as directed by the Senior Administrator to assist the Sales Managers and Sales Negotiators • Using Reapit to upload property details and client information • Typing and sending out valuation/instruction letters and other sales documents • Preparing and updating property lists, property details and window cards • Reception - making sure that the reception area is stocked up with property magazines • Stationery ordering via the online stationery system • Updating the company website with property details as and when necessary • Advertising - preparing and proof-reading any adverts for publications • Ordering property boards to be erected or taken down• Organising photography, floorplans and relevant statutory required documents • Opening, date stamping and distributing post and franking outgoing mail • General administration duties and canvassing • File management
Requirements for the Sales Administrator:
- Previous administrative experience is preferred within the real estate industry is desirable.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software and systems - Reapit
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanour.
