- Follow up on franchisee engineer recommendations for smaller works (up to £10,000).
- Convert technical estimates into bookings through effective negotiation.
- Maintain and update sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics using Excel.
- Collaborate with engineers and internal teams to drive revenue.
- Manage high-volume customer interactions professionally.
- Support administration processes including tracking ‘on hold’ jobs and payments.
- Experience in outbound or technical sales, ideally within property, trades, or recruitment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- CRM proficiency and confident Excel reporting abilities.
