Our New Homes Department has been growing rapidly, and is now looking for a new manager to take it to its new stage. We have a strong relationship with a few developers who we work with and are looking to maintain these relationships as well as establish more.


The Role:

As a New Homes Sales Manager, while focusing on developing your portfolio and progressing deals, you will take on people management responsibilities, making use of your acquired management skills.


Your responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of 3 sales negotiators
  • Scheduling and conducting Market Appraisals
  • Complying with government regulations
  • Managing the teams learning and development
  • Scheduling and leading viewing
  • Negotiating between vendor and buyer, as well as progressing the deal until the exchange
  • Increasing the market share of Martyn Gerrard within the area


Requirements:

  • Proven 2 years experience as a Sales Manager
  • Self-driven with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills Verbal and Written
  • Ability to confidently persuade and influence others
  • Well organised
  • Driving licence
