Sales Negotiator - Hampstead

Basic Salary £20,000 - £22,000, OTE £50,000

Working Hours- Mondays 8:30- 6:30pm - Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 8.45am - 6.30pm Fridays 8:30am - 6pm, every other Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively looking to exceed your KPI’s.
  • Arrange viewings & converting enquiries.
  • Provide feedback to Vendors after each viewing.
  • Sending out offer forms and negotiating terms with your buyers.
  • Uploading new properties onto the portals via the CRM
  • Organizing Keys & Sales Boards.
  • Participate in constructive morning meetings
  • Canvasing and prosecting new business.
  • Delivering incredible Service and achieving 5 Star Google Reviews.
  • Responsible for social media posts of properties and success stories.
  • Taking Photos and videos of properties
  • Managing your own diary and making sure you are using your time efficiently.
