They offer a full suite of services—Residential, Commercial, Block Management and Financial Services—and pride themselves on exceptional service, collaboration and continuous innovation.The RoleAs a Sales Negotiator you’ll be the face of the branch, guiding buyers and vendors through the entire sales journey from marketing to completion. You’ll work closely with solicitors, mortgage advisors and third parties to deliver a seamless, five-star experience.Key Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of interested buyers and convert leads into viewings
- Liaise regularly with vendors to keep them updated on market activity
- Generate and conduct property viewings, presenting each home at its best
- Negotiate offers, manage sales progression and coordinate move-in details
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in estate agency or property sales
- Self-motivated, trustworthy and driven to exceed targets in a busy environment
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence essential
