You’ll work closely with solicitors, mortgage advisors and third parties to deliver a seamless, five-star experience.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a pipeline of interested buyers and convert leads into viewings
  • Liaise regularly with vendors to keep them updated on market activity
  • Generate and conduct property viewings, presenting each home at its best
  • Negotiate offers, manage sales progression and coordinate move-in details
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 6 months’ experience in estate agency or property sales
  • Self-motivated, trustworthy and driven to exceed targets in a busy environment
  • Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Full UK driving licence essential
