As a Sales Negotiator, you will work with an established database, build relationships, and generate new business. Responsibilities include handling valuation leads, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and canvassing. This position is expected to generate over £200,000 in billings.

Package:

Basic Salary: Up to £25,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £50,000 (achievable in the first year)
Full driver's license and car required
5-day working week, including Saturdays (with a day off during the week)

The Ideal Candidate:

1-3 years of Estate Agency experience
Excellent verbal communication skills
Proven track record of consistent billings
Tenacious, with a keen eye for detail
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Full UK driver's license and access to a car
