- Early Riser: Be punctual and dependable, ready to begin food prep in the early hours of the morning.
- Speed and Precision: Work quickly and efficiently without compromising on quality or presentation.
- Fresh Ingredient Handling: Have experience preparing fresh sandwiches and salads with premium meats, cheeses, vegetables, and condiments.
- Consistency and Cleanliness: Ensure each item meets our high standards of taste, appearance, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble a variety of sandwiches, wraps, and salads to specification.
- Ensure mise en place is completed and ingredients are properly stocked and rotated.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards rigorously.
