We are an outstanding secondary school located in the vibrant, multicultural London borough of Hammersmith & Fulham. We are looking to appoint a permanent SENCO for a September start.

You will be carrying out normal Secondary SENCO duties, and solely sorting through EHCPS, 1:1 Assessments of the children and assisting the admin side of the role. You will not be in a classroom at all.

** National SENCO Qualification is not required, but EHCP experience is – The school will pay for your qualification – It is very much about finding the right person for this role **

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
•   National SENCO qualification is preferred – but not essential
•   Experience completing EHCP assessments are required
•   Excellent understanding of the SEN Code of Practice & Secondary Curriculum
•   Ability to communicate well & excellent management skills
•   Down to earth, passionate & empathetic individual
