SEMH Support Role - Pupil Referral Unit - Kensington & Chelsea - Immediate Start

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a Pupil Referral Unit in the heart of Kensington & Chelsea, Central London, to recruit an experienced education professional for an immediate start. The school is open to offering this position on either a full-time or part-time basis, depending on the right candidate's availability.

Working hours are from 8:30am to 3:30pm, and the role offers competitive daily rates. This rewarding opportunity involves working with secondary-aged students who present Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and challenging behaviour. Your role will focus on supporting students on both a one-to-one and small group basis, helping them build confidence, stay on task, and make positive strides in their education.

The school is conveniently located with strong transport links via both London Underground and local bus routes.

To be considered for this role, you will need to:

  • Have prior experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly SEMH

  • Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)

  • Provide professional references covering the past 10 years, where possible

  • Have the legal right to work in the UK
