Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential.

  • Experience teaching pupils with SEMH or similar behavioural needs is highly desirable.

  • Strong behaviour management skills and a trauma-informed approach.

  • Excellent communication, adaptability, and a team-focused mindset.

  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
