Remedy Education are looking for outstanding SEND Teacher to provide enriching lessons to SEN secondary school students.

Position: SEND Teacher

Start: ASAP

Location: N17, Tottenham

Contract: Full Time (Ongoing)

Pay: £180-£240 Per Day (PAYE or Umbrella)

Job Description

The school is a mixed school catering for pupils aged between 4-11 years old with Autism. Most pupils also have Autism, SLD, and additional physical and sensory disabilities.

The ideal SEND teacher will be a dedicated and creative educator with demonstrable SEND knowledge, Primary school teachers with a passion for SEND are welcome to apply. As SEND Teacher should have an innovative and flexible approach to teaching. Alongside the staff, you will be responsible for safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and young people.

Responsibilities of a Year 2 Teacher:

  • Deliver Engaging Lessons: Design and deliver interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring every student's progress.
  • Nurture Growth: Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic growth of each child.
  • Monitor Progress: Track student development and provide personalized support to address individual needs, helping each student reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate: Work alongside a team of dedicated educators, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the overall learning experience.
  • Experience working with Complex Needs and ASD
