* A qualified EYFS Teacher with UK QTS and a track record of delivering high-quality early years education.
* Be a proven, strong EYFS teacher who has a clear understanding of high-quality teaching, learning, curriculum and
curriculum design.
* Experience of leading EYFS, or experience of leading and enhancing the phase.
* A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development and the pivotal role this phase has in
children's overall development.
* A proactive and inspiring leader who can support and develop the EYFS team.
* A commitment to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
* A commitment to developing an engaging and exciting curriculum, providing children with practical learning experiences set within a very strong learning environment.

* Experience of teaching phoics in EYFS.
* Ability to work collaboratively with parents, including presentations.
