In this dynamic and strategic role, you will support and lead business development initiatives across multiple European practices, with a strong focus on the Asset Management group.

You’ll create tailored content, drive client engagement, coordinate events, and execute business plans. You'll play a key role in supporting the fee-earners build strong relationships and expand the Firm’s presence across the European market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and develop high-impact client-facing materials, including pitches, presentations, biographies, and RFPs
  • Support the execution of conferences, seminars, and virtual events to raise the Firm’s profile
  • Maintain accurate client/matter data for business development and marketing purposes
  • Conduct client, competitor, and industry research to inform strategy
  • Coordinate and contribute to legal directory submissions (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500)
  • Identify and support thought leadership, speaking, and award opportunities
  • Drive matter experience capture and support visibility efforts in coordination with PR
  • Assist in the development and delivery of business and practice group plans
  • Collaborate on internal initiatives, including associate development and diversity projects
  • Ensure high standards of accuracy, consistency, and quality in all materials and outputs

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree or equivalent qualified
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or marketing within a law firm or similar environment
  • Strong understanding or interest in asset management/investment funds is a plus
  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Self-starter with a collaborative, can-do attitude
