- Taking ownership of the Coverholder onboarding and monitoring process, including adherence to Lloyd’s standards
- Supporting oversight of DCAs and ensuring compliance with reporting obligations
- Reviewing audit schedules, scoping reports, and tracking audit recommendations through to resolution
- Supporting governance processes, including documentation of procedures and control frameworks
- Reviewing contract documentation and supporting the delivery of committee reporting packs
- Helping drive process improvement across delegated systems and workflows
- Acting as a point of contact across underwriting, operations and compliance teams
- Strong understanding of Lloyd’s delegated authority frameworks and regulatory expectations
- Prior experience in delegated onboarding, monitoring or audit functions
- A proactive, organised approach to problem-solving and documentation
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders
- Previous experience within a Lloyd’s syndicate or managing agent in a similar role
