Senior HRIS Analyst | £65,000 + Bonus | Workday | HR Data & Analytics | Hybrid (2 days per week into Central London office)

We're supporting a leading travel organisation through a pivotal stage of digital transformation within their HR function. As they embark on a major Workday implementation, they're hiring a newly created Senior HRIS Analyst role to help shape the future of HR data reporting, analysis, and stakeholder insight delivery.

The role: As part of a small, agile team reporting into the Programme Manager, you'll play a central role in designing how the business gathers and interprets workforce data. You'll act as a key bridge between HR data and the wider business, helping shape how insights are generated and used to support decision-making.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Strong background in HRIS platforms, such as Workday

  • Solid experience in data analysis and reporting, particularly within HR teams

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with an emphasis on translating data into actionable insight

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and reporting tools

  • Exposure to project lifecycle work, ideally within systems or data change initiatives

Working pattern: Hybrid - 2 days per week into Central London.
