Senior Sales Development Representative
Location: London - Hybrid (3 days a week)
Salary: Up to 45,000 base + 70,000 OTE (flexible depending on experience)

Our client is a fast-growing technology business in the adtech and SaaS space, providing an advanced demand-side platform (DSP) that helps marketers drive performance and growth through data-driven, automated advertising solutions. The platform combines powerful AI, flexible campaign tools, and seamless integrations to help mid-sized businesses simplify complexity and turn clicks into customers.
The business has a global presence with teams across North America, Dublin, Sydney, and the UK, and is now expanding its London footprint.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to become the first UK hire within the sales development team. You'll be responsible for pipeline generation - engaging new prospects, qualifying leads, and driving interest that supports the wider sales function.
This is not a full-cycle closing or pure tech sales role but a crucial front-end position for building new business opportunities. You'll work closely with a highly experienced Account Executive already based in London and be part of a collaborative, globally connected team.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive outbound prospecting efforts through calls, emails, and social outreach
Manage inbound leads while maintaining a strong focus on outbound activity
Book and qualify meetings for senior Account Executives
Conduct research on target accounts and key decision-makers
Maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities
What We're Looking For
Previous sales or business development experience (SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales background)
Proven track record in cold calling and prospecting
High level of resilience, motivation, and hunger to succeed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and preparation skills (especially for interviews and roleplays)
A go-getter attitude with the ability to overcome rejection and challenges
Desirable:
Experience in AdTech or SaaS sales
Exposure to technology or digital media environments
A passion for building a long-term sales career with a clear path to Account Executive level
