Our leading Financial Services client is looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join their team for a 6-month initial contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Architect and design complex microservices solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues.
- Drive the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Required Skillsets:
- Extensive experience with Java development.
- Deep expertise in Spring Boot framework.
- Strong knowledge and experience with microservices architecture.
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
Location: London - Office presence required.
