Senior Multi-Trader
Salary: £40,000 per year + Company Van + Uniform + Pension + 28 Days Paid Holiday (inc. Bank Holidays)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Cahill Bespoke Construction is a busy, multi-skilled property services company working across North West London, Hertfordshire, Middlesex and Buckinghamshire. We’re looking for a skilled Senior Multi-Trader to join our already amazing team on a full-time PAYE basis.
The Role:
You’ll work on a mix of jobs in high end private homes, rental properties, schools and offices. Typical projects include insurance repairs, kitchens, bathrooms, refurbishments, loft conversions and extensions. You’ll be expected to work to a high standard, use your initiative and take pride in every job.
What We’re Looking For:

Solid all-round trade skills but you will ideally have one specialism either in Wet trades such as plastering or paintin, carpentry, plumbing, tiling, etc.

Honest, punctual, loyal, tidy and good with customers

Able to work alone or as part of a small team

Full UK driving licence

Own hand tools and trade-specific kit, we supply larger tools and consumables.
