What You'll Do:As the Senior Pay & Reward Manager, you will:

  • analyse market pay data for the Government's Digital and Data profession, impacting over 25,000 roles.
  • Inform new business cases for Senior Civil Service and Cyber roles, ensuring competitive compensation.
  • Capture and analyse UK employment practises on bonuses and benefits, shaping a profession-led reward approach.
  • Review departments' business cases, advising on pay frameworks and implementation strategies.
  • Build a comprehensive library of documentation for framework implementation.

Who You Are:You bring:

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables.
  • Experience in pay and reward roles, with a knack for market data analysis.
  • A talent for influencing stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Understanding of reward tools and external benchmarking.
  • Critical thinking skills, able to challenge assumptions and drive data-informed strategies.

How Your Contract Works:

  • This is a temporary role classified as a contingent worker.
  • You will be onboarded via an approved partner supplier, ensuring seamless payment.
  • Pay will be processed through timesheets, typically within 30 days of approval.
